Understanding Resource Usage and Performance Metrics in Performance Cloud

Performance Cloud provides visibility into how server resources are used, both per site and across all sites combined. This helps you monitor activity and identify overall usage trends.

Where to view resource usage

  1. Use:

    • The Sites section to view usage for individual sites

    • The Resources section to view combined usage across all sites

Resource usage per site

In the Sites list, each site displays key indicators, including:

  • Faults: Shows whether the site is operating normally or if issues are detected.

  • Traffic: Indicates the amount of network traffic used by the site.

  • Storage: Displays disk space usage for the site.

From each site row, you can quickly access tools such as cPanel and additional site details.

Combined resource usage across all sites

The Resources section shows server-wide usage for all sites combined over the last 7 days, including:

  • CPU usage

  • Memory usage

  • Storage usage

  • I/O activity

This view reflects the total resource consumption generated by all sites together, rather than a single site.

Important notes

  • Resource metrics show usage, not guaranteed limits.

  • Combined usage may appear high even if individual sites show moderate activity.

  • Resource limits are controlled by the package assigned to each site.

  • Advanced configuration and detailed resource management are handled through WHM.
