How to Access Online Marketing Tools from the WHC Client Area

Online marketing tools are accessed directly from the WHC Client Area. Each module is linked to a specific domain and can be launched using secure single sign-on (SSO), which opens the platform’s interface in a new browser tab.

This article explains where to find and access the online marketing tools from the Client Area.

Navigating the Marketing Tools Interface

  1. Log in to the WHC Client Area.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Apps.

  3. Locate the Online Marketing tools in the list of available apps.

  4. Each module is displayed with:

    • The associated domain name

    • The module status (active or inactive)

    • A Launch button (if active)

    • An option to manage your plan details.

  5. Click Launch next to the module you want to access.

When you click Launch, the selected tool opens in a new browser tab.

You can also access any of the modules from the Dashboard on the Client Area

Navigating the Marketing tools platform

Once launched, the marketing tools platform opens with a left-hand navigation menu.The available sections depend on which modules are active on your account.

Important notes

  • The marketing tool interface opens in the language set when the service was first activated. The language used in the WHC Client Area does not dynamically change the Ranking Coach interface after activation

  • Secure single sign-on (SSO) is used; no separate login is required

  • Access is only available while the module is active

  • If your service is suspended or cancelled, access to the marketing tool is disabled
