Online marketing tools can be added individually from the WHC Client Area or from the WHC website. Each tool is linked to a domain name and managed separately.
This article explains how to add new marketing tools and what to expect during the purchase process.
Adding an online marketing tool from the Client Area
Log in to the WHC Client Area.
From the left-hand menu, click Apps.
Scroll through the list of available apps.
Locate the tool you want to add (for example, Web Reputation).
Click + Add next to the tool.
After clicking + Add, you will be redirected to the WHC website to complete the purchase.
Completing the purchase on the WHC website
On the WHC website, review the selected online marketing tool.
Click Get Started.
You will be redirected to the WHC order page.
Enter the domain name you want to associate with the tool.
Complete the checkout process.
Once the order is completed:
The tool is activated in your WHC account

The tool can be launched using the Launch button
Domain requirements
Each online marketing tool must be linked to a domain name
The domain must be valid and active for the service to be activated
Multiple tools can be associated with the same domain
Radar (Brand Monitoring) inclusion
Radar (Brand Monitoring) follows a specific rule:
Radar can be purchased as a standalone tool
If you purchase any other online marketing tool, Radar is automatically included
Radar does not need to be purchased separately when another tool is active
Radar appears in the online marketing dashboard once the main tool is activated.
Purchasing multiple tools
Each tool is purchased individually
Additional tools can be added at different times
Each active tool appears separately in the Client Area
Inactive tools may appear with an option to add them
Access after purchase
Once a tool is active:
It appears under Apps in the WHC Client Area
The Launch button becomes available
Clicking Launch opens online marketing in a new tab using secure single sign-on (SSO)
Important notes
Pricing and billing are managed through WHC
Cancelling or suspending a tool disables access to that tool only
