This guide explains how to export your domain list from the New Client Area (NCA) into a structured CSV file for offline review and planning.
As your domain portfolio grows, manual tracking can become time-consuming. The Export CSV feature allows you to quickly download all your domain data—including expiry dates, nameservers, and auto-renewal status—into a spreadsheet format. This is ideal for:
Budgeting: Planning renewal costs in bulk.
Auditing: Reviewing nameservers and privacy settings across all domains at once.
Record-keeping: Sharing your inventory with accounting or external partners.
How to Export Your Domains
You can trigger an export using one of two methods within the NCA > Domains > My Domains section:
Method 1: Using Bulk Actions
Navigate to My Domains.
Select the domains you wish to export by clicking the checkboxes.
Click the Bulk Action dropdown menu.
Select Export CSV.
Method 2: Using the Dedicated Export Button
Navigate to My Domains.
Select a minimum of 2 domains.
Locate the CSV button (usually found near the filter or column settings).
Click the button to generate a download of your entire visible Domain portfolio.
Understanding the CSV File
The generated file (domain_list.csv) includes the following data fields:
Domain Name: The full domain address.
Expiry Date: When the domain is set to expire.
Renewal Cost: The estimated cost to renew the domain.
Nameservers: The current nameservers currently assigned.
Auto-renew Status: Indicates if the domain is set to renew automatically.
Privacy Status: Shows if ID Protection is enabled or disabled.
Label: Any custom labels you have applied to the domain.
Pro Tips for Power Users
Offline Analysis: Open your CSV in Excel or Google Sheets to sort domains by expiry date for better portfolio-level decision-making.
No Changes to Settings: Use this tool strictly for data retrieval; exporting your list will not alter your domain configurations or management flows.
