How to Contant Support

You can contact the WHC team either by chat, opening a support ticket or calling at +1 (514) 228-1830

Support Ticket

You can open a support ticket directly through the support widget available across our website and Client Area. You'll need to be logged in to your account to submit a ticket.

Create a ticket

  1. Log in to your Client Area.

  2. Open the Support Widget from the bottom-right corner (or click Open a ticket)

  3. Click on the Home tab

  4. From there you'll see the Create a ticket section.

  5. Choose the department.

  6. Fill in the details for the ticket.

  7. Click Create ticket.

Viewing your tickets

  1. Open the support widget.

  2. Go to the Tickets section of the widget.

  3. From there, you can open your ticket.

Note: You can also view your tickets from the Client Area > Support.

Live Chat

Live chat is also available through the support widget. Click the support widget icon and go to Conversations to start a conversation with our support team in real time.
