Your server name is shown in the Plan Details of your service in the Client Area. These steps apply to shared hosting and email services.
If you want the server for your website hosting
Your hosting server name is listed in the Plan Details of your hosting service, under Hosting & Websites in the Client Area.
Log in to your Client Area.
Click Hosting & Websites in the left menu.
Click Manage next to the hosting service you want to check.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then Plan details.
Find your server name next to Server Name & Location (example: srv22)
If you want the server for your email
Your email server name is listed in the Plan Details of your email service, under Email in the Client Area.
Log in to your Client Area.
Click Email in the left menu.
Click Manage next to the email service you want to check.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then Plan Details.
Find your server name next to Server Name & location
You're in the right place when the Plan Details window shows your service's name at the top and a Server Name line near the bottom.
