How to Request a Commissions Withdrawal

Once you've reached the minimum commission balance of $100, you may request a withdrawal of your funds. In order to do so:

  1. Log in to your Client Area

  2. Click on Affiliates in the main menu

  3. Under the Earnings section, click Request Withdrawal once your referral balance reaches $100

  4. Choose your preferred method of payment:

    • PayPal

    • Interac e-Transfer

    • WHC Credit

  5. Please note that all payments will be made in Canadian dollars.

  6. If you select PayPal or Interac:

    • Enter the email address tied to your PayPal or Interac account

    • Confirm your physical mailing address

    • Optionally, add your tax number (GST, HST, or PST) if applicable

    • Click Submit to complete your request

  7. A support ticket is created in your account with a copy of the invoice

  8. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, with the transaction ID and the support ticket will be closed automatically

Allow up to 5 business days for your withdrawal request to be processed.
