Where do my WebMojo form submissions go?

Find, read and download the entries visitors submit through a form on your WebMojo site, from the builder's Dashboard view.

Everything visitors submit through a form on your WebMojo site is stored in a table in your project, and you read it in the builder's Dashboard view. WebMojo creates the table automatically when it builds a form — a booking request, a contact form or a sign-up list.

Find your submissions

  1. Open your WebMojo project in the builder.

  2. Click Dashboard at the top.

  3. Click Data in the left-hand menu.

  4. Open the table for the form you are looking for. WebMojo names it after what it collects, such as bookings.

Each row is one submission. Each column is one piece of information the form collects, such as name, email address or phone number.

A table stays empty until someone actually fills in the form. An empty table doesn't mean the form is broken — test it yourself by submitting an entry, then reload the table.

Download your submissions

Click Export Database at the top right of the Dashboard to download everything your project has stored.

A project built on the free trial is removed if you don't move to a paid plan, and its stored data goes with it. Export anything you want to keep, or move to a paid plan.

What else is in the Dashboard

  • Users — people who have signed up and logged in on your site.

  • Authentication — how those visitors sign in.

  • Assets — the images, logos and documents your site uses.

  • Instructions — standing notes you give WebMojo to guide future changes.

  • Performance — how your site is running.
